Since 1983, we have been successfully placing crew on yachts ranging from 50' (1 5m) to 210' (85m), and we know the jobs first hand. We realize that to earn and keep your trust, we must provide crew who are extremely high caliber, reliable, qualified, and well suited to working in the yachting industry.

| Captains/Project Managers - USCG. RYA. DOT Licensed and insurable only. Engineers - Licensed and unlicensed, with training or experience only. Chefs and Cooks - Culinary trained at the finest culinary schools with charter yacht experience, or fresh from your local caterer. Mates and Deckhands - Licensed and unlicensed with all levels of experience. Steward(esse)s - Experienced on charter yachts with hotel or restaurant management degrees, or entry level candidates with service or boating background. |
What we look for |
 Education. Training. Experience. Qualifications. Good verifiable references. Professional demeanor. We recruit from Maritime Academies, Culinary Institutes, Hotel and Restaurant Management Colleges, Engineering/Trade Schools, and Maritime Licensing Schools year round and world wide.
We also advertise in international yachting magazines and periodicals as well as through shipyards and marinas, and are associate members of the Association of Yachting Professionals, Professional Yachtsmen's Association, Marine Industry's Association, and the Superyacht Society.

How it works |
- Crew register resumes, references and portfolios into our files and computer, detailing their abilities and objectives.
- Personal interviews with placement personnel are then conducted, and references verified.
- Captains and Owners call us with specifics of the position to be filled.
- Resumes of qualified and interested candidates are faxed or sent to our clients for you to contact, interview and hire whomever you wish.
- When a job offer is extended, we confirm with both parties and invoice accordingly.
Placement fees are paid by the vessel hiring and are charged on a percentage basis of salary.
