| For any crew member that you refer to us that
we place in a permanent position, we will give you 5% of our
placement fee! |

Here's how it works: |
1) When you refer someone to us, upon registration,
they must select your name from the list in the "Referred by"
field.
2) Ourselves, and You, are then notified of the newly registered
candidate.
3) When/if we place the candidate in a position and link them
to the yacht they're going to work for, you will be notified
of the placement.
4) Once the candidate has been with the yacht for 90 days, our
permanent placement contract period, and once we have colllected
payment for the placement, we will send you your REFERRAL FEE
of 5% of our fee!
