landbased position is available for an 'equipment interface engineer'. requirements are:chief engineer with large yacht new build experience ideal, over 60m experience. strong hydraulic and controls experience. good understanding of crane, passerelle and central ring hydraulics on large yachts. cad capable for drawing schematics. company uses acad for schematics, also have solid works 3d, but that can be taught later. candidate must locate to st. petersburg area. aggressive work ethic. must be legal to work in the usa.

looking for a captain to join this yacht during the end of the refit then take it on a circumnavigation of the americas. go south to south america onto antarctica, up al the way to alaska and do the north west passage. this is a 3 year trip. a lot of time onboard there will be scientist and researches. this is still a yacht though!

3rd engineer is needed for this 86m private and charter m/y currently in the caribbean. no license is required, but ideally would like a candidate with very strong focus on computer /it/audio video skills. you will rotate same as the 2nd engineers, 2 on/1 off, paid 12 months a year. candidate must have good overall engineering skills as you rotate with the 2nd. position to start early april, 2012 and salary depends on your experience.

urgently seeking a chief mate/engineer for this busy chartered 110ft. the position is for the upcoming summer season only. crew of 5 onboard. good salary package. must have some engineering skills as their is no engineer onboard. during the season there will be a deck/engineer to assist you. it is a seasonal position from 1st april 2012 to the end of september 2012. however, if you can start asap and familiarize yourself with the vessel before the 1st april. they are offering a 2week package at 200 euros per day.

looking for a qualified sole mate for a 10 day trip to the bahamas on a 72' m/y. the boat will tow a 26' tender so knowledge of towing bridals is necessary as well as tender operations. the candidate should also have keen fishing skills, at least an open water dive ticket and knowledge of kayaks and paddle boarding would be a plus. this is a great boat with a fun captain and owner's that like to share meals with their crew. start date is towards the end of february or beginning of march and coming back around the 10th or 12th of march.
