Working side-by-side with each presenter, we devised a curriculum that would help our Captains improve their own performance as leaders of their crew.
Goals were to
learn skills that would help them to: |

- manage, develop, and RETAIN crew
- communicate better with the Owner and/or Management Company
- create a synergistic TEAM atmosphere on board where EVERYONE WINS!
- create their own Standing Orders and employee handbook, and much more!

For one full day, our group focused on managing PEOPLE, the basic fundamental skill that without which, no yacht or business can achieve success.
