I'm looking to work on motor yacht, in a professional environment.

What kind of hobbies do you have, or what do you like to do in your free time?  

Travel, diving

Is the yachting industry a career for you, or more of a sabbatical?  

I intend to build myself a strong career on yachts, based on the complex experience and knowledge I gained during the 6 years I worked on the cruise ship.

Describe what type of situation on board you feel you would fit in best? 

I like to organize and innovate, to make sure the entire operation is at high standards and exceed expectations in hospitality.

What can you do to ensure that guest service remains the primary focus of your job, even when they are difficult or demanding? Respond promptly to requests, but mainly communicating and knowing the guest, in order to anticipate needs.
How do you feel the Service, Cabins, and Laundry duties should be shared between the interior crew? In rotation.
What can you do to ensure that the guests are enjoying themselves, without asking them? By ensuring that services offered are constantly high, and by being available at all times
