| How often do you you feel you should have to help out serving meals or tending bar? If the need arises, I will be very happy to assist. In addition to training received from my mother who entertains a lot at home, I grew up in the resort town of Ocho Rios, Jamaica and have had extensive exposure to the food and hospitality industry. |

| How would you handle a situation where you feel the boat is not 'ready' to leave the dock, but the departure date cannot be changed? Each case has to be treated based on its peculiar circumstances. As the engineer, it is my responsibility to ensure that the boat is safe to operate and will endeavour to make sure that deadlines are met and that the boat is ready for departure at all times. Emergencies will be discussed with the Captain. |

| How important is it to you to remain clean and presentable when there are guests on board? This is very important to me. I take my deportment seriously and have consistently maintained a clean professional image both inside the machinery space and on deck. |

| How important is having an unlimited budget vital to the smooth operation of a luxury yacht? It is important to have a budget but it is not critical to have an unlimited budget. At the end of the day, the money spent is based on the efficiency and competence of the crew. |
