| My primary responsibility on this award winning yacht was to manage the dive program and equipment. This included teaching many courses during the season and underwater videography and dive guide. I worked on deck and gained valuable experience in lifting and craning operations and helicopter operations. I was responsible for the SeaBob DPVs and Jet-Surf Boards. I also gained my Industrial Rope Access certificate. |

| After completing my certifications I worked as a Divemaster running a boat for resort guests and also leading newly certified divers and fun divers. During my instructor internship I taught courses and after completion, free-lanced as an instructor. My duties included: Instructing students in courses including Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, and Emergency First Response. Conducting boat & dive site briefings, leading dives and equipment preparation, maintenance & repair. |

| Sole Deckhand: I continued my education on the rules of the road & passage planning. Again I was responsible for the exterior of the boat and maintenance. Also, for the water sports equipment & computer/media equipment on board. I handled pre-trip fueling and provisioning. While guests were on board I served food & drinks and taught them safe use of the toys. I drove the tender for trips to shore. During passages I took part in navigation and watches during both day & night. |

| While working on this yacht as sole deckhand I learnt a great deal. I was responsible for the upkeep and exterior of the boat. I helped with provisioning and fueling. I served food and drinks and provided a high quality of service. I taught them safe use of water sports equipment. This yacht was hull number one of her class and I learnt a great deal about maintenance while working with the Princess engineers. I was often left alone as caretaker of the yacht while the captain was away. |
