| Why did you leave your most recent position? I have been attending the Landing School Marine Systems program since September 2008, graduating June 2009 |
| What kind of hobbies do you have, or what do you like to do in your free time?
Swimming, sailing, snow skiing, bycycling, photography, watching movies, travel |
| Is the yachting industry a career for you, or more of a sabbatical?
Yes |
| Describe what type of situation on board you feel you would fit in best? My goal is to be an engineer/first mate. With my Landing School education and IYT training I am broadly able to do just about any job on a yacht. I feel to best place to be now is the Second Engineer postion to gain experience and move up. Once I have enough qualifying miles I plan to earn a Captain's license as many large yachts require a second captain to be on board for insurance reasons. |
