| Why did you leave your most recent position? I have been working at Synovus Bank for a little over three years now. I had no experience in banking when I was hired as a Teller and have since moved up with the company as a Personal Banker. I feel that now is time for me to experience something new and exciting. I want to use what I already know to learn new skills and be a part of a hard working crew. |

| What kind of hobbies do you have, or what do you like to do in your free time?
I love to be out doors. Anything from kayaking, bicycling, to walking on the beach are all things I enjoy doing. |

I am new to the yatching industry and would like to see where it could take me. |

| Describe what type of situation on board you feel you would fit in best? I feel that I am a hard worker and could help in almost any area on board. I am a very quick and able learner. |

| What can you do to ensure that guest service remains the primary focus of your job, even when they are difficult or demanding? When I am doing a job, I pay very close attention to detail. I am not afraid to ask questions to make sure that the job is done effficiently. |

| How do you feel the Service, Cabins, and Laundry duties should be shared between the interior crew? I beleive that some duties are done more efficiently when done by one person, but everyone should be willing and able to pitch in, when and where needed. |

| What can you do to ensure that the guests are enjoying themselves, without asking them? By listening and getting to know your individual guests, it will be easier to accomodate them with out asking. |
