I am very healthy person working out, running, swimming bicycling, all outdoor sport. |

Well after more than 10 years yes it is a career. |

| How much input do you feel an owner or guest should have in menu planning? He should be 100% involved as he/they will eat the food. I have cook with owners in my galley when they were cooking as well. |

| How do you organize yourself so that you have all the provisions you need, for any meal, at any given time? Organization it is the key to be a good chef onboard yacht, due to a small area and sometimes last minute plans. |

| What do you feel is the most important quality for a successful Chef or Cook to have? First of all is TO KNOW HOW TO COOK, second as I mentioned before 'organization', cleanness and your character with coworkers.

| How do you handle constructive criticism towards your food? Always happy when I am thanked but if something went wrong like to know why. |

| How do you feel about preparing special meals for crew with certain dietary restrictions? I have worked with vegan, Muslim, Hindu crew so I am pretty good. |

| How often is it okay to prepare the same meal for guests? I don't like much unless they asked you for. |
