| What kind of hobbies do you have, or what do you like to do in your free time?
Sail and race on Sydney harbour. Travel when ever I get the chance. All watersports and Reading the classics. |

| Is the yachting industry a career for you, or more of a sabbatical?
My Dad had our first yacht when I was 5 and it felt like I grew up on the boat! We sailed the east coast of Australia many times over the years and out to Lord Howe island on 2 occassions. I have my Yachtmaster Offshore Commercially endorsed, RYA cruising instructor and an AMSA Master 5 ticket. I am a member of the CYCA which is the club that hosts the Sydney to Hobart yacht race each year. A maritime career is what I want to achieve. |

| Describe what type of situation on board you feel you would fit in best? Deckhand, I am a hard worker and work well with everyone. |

| What do you feel is the primary responsibility of the Deckhand, aside from the exterior maintenance of the vessel? Safety, Deckhands need to be well trained and at all times adhere to the vessel safety procedures contained in the Safety Management System for that vessel.

| What do you feel is the most important quality for a successful Deckhand to have? A good attitude and confidence in their ability to perform their duties. The skipper/1st mate need to know they can rely on the deckhand/s no matter what the task in all kinds on weather, day or night. |
