| Why did you leave your most recent position? My seasonal contract came to an end. |
| What kind of hobbies do you have, or what do you like to do in your free time?
I enjoy all outdoor activities, especially water sports, mountain biking and trail running. |
| Is the yachting industry a career for you, or more of a sabbatical?
I am hoping to make a successful career out of it. |
| Describe what type of situation on board you feel you would fit in best? Being junior or third stewardess below a well experienced chief stewardess from whom I can learn. From my past experience on a 70m, I've determined that I love being part of a big crew and prefer working on larger yachts (60m+). |

| What can you do to ensure that guest service remains the primary focus of your job, even when they are difficult or demanding? Keep your sense of humour and your spirits up! Provided them with what they need, before they have to ask. And get lots of rest in your down time! |
| How do you feel the Service, Cabins, and Laundry duties should be shared between the interior crew? The junior stewardess will obviously get the less sought after work to do, but I feel she should have the opportunity to learn and gain experience performing all the different duties, so I think a rotation system would be the most beneficial for the crew as a whole. |
| What can you do to ensure that the guests are enjoying themselves, without asking them? You should be able to read people and situations well. Make sure you get to know them... their likes and dislikes. |
