| What can you do to ensure that guest service remains the primary focus of your job, even when they are difficult or demanding? Throughout my previous experience I have learned that there are four key ingredients to being a successful server:
-let customers know they matter;
-work with the kitchen to establish a flow;
-arrive in plenty of time before your shift to prepare; and
-always be reliable

| How do you feel the Service, Cabins, and Laundry duties should be shared between the interior crew? On rotational basis. |

| What can you do to ensure that the guests are enjoying themselves, without asking them? It's important that you think ahead for what guests might need before they have to ask, anticipating guest needs whilst providing a 5 star service at all times. |
