| General |
| Why did you leave your most recent position? I haven't had the pleasure of being on a yacht as of yet. I left my Barman job in South Africa to go on to better myself by packing up and leaving that all behind to start my career in the Yachting industry. It has been a dream for a long time for me to be able to come and do what i am so passionate about. |
 |
| What kind of hobbies do you have, or what do you like to do in your free time?
When there are waves i love to surf this will be my hobby well into the future. Otherwise water skiing, fishing, kite surfing really anything to do with water or by the sea. If i can't be by the waters edge i like to golf, go mountain biking or find some way to keep me active. |
 |
| Is the yachting industry a career for you, or more of a sabbatical?
It is definitely the start of my career i have been wanting and waiting to get the chance to get onboard a yacht of any nature for a long time. I see this as the start to the rest of my life. I see myself fitting into this industry very comfortably. |
 |
| Describe what type of situation on board you feel you would fit in best? I feel that i am a very organized person. So i would like to see myself in keeping order of what needs to be done and carrying out orders from the Captain or First Mate to make sure that the yacht is always as it should be. Perfect. |

| DeckHand |
| What do you feel is the primary responsibility of the Deckhand, aside from the exterior maintenance of the vessel? I see it would be my duty to carry out any needs of guests that are staying onboard. While having to keep watch, navigate and just always be working hard in any area i am needed. Always paying attention to the tiniest of details. |
 |
| What do you feel is the most important quality for a successful Deckhand to have? A successful Deckhand should always be willing and have confidence in what they have been assigned in any boat handling or maintenance. |
