| How often do you you feel you should have to help out serving meals or tending bar? As often as needed, we are in the hospitality business... |
| How would you handle a situation where you feel the boat is not 'ready' to leave the dock, but the departure date cannot be changed? "Ready" can be interpreted many different ways . Safety would be my first consideration, if the boat was not safe it obviously could not leave the dock. However, I would do everything possible to make sure we departed on time. Being resourceful and creative can keep things running smoothly. A good preventative maintenance program, good communication and planning can keep our boat on the ready. |

| How important is having an unlimited budget vital to the smooth operation of a luxury yacht? An unlimited budget would be nice but is not unrealistic. Money cannot fix everything. Planning down time and performing preventative maintenance tasks routinely can keep things operating smoothly and under budget. |
