| Why did you leave your most recent position? I was working in Bermuda as a restaurant manager. The immigration rules in Bermuda only allow for 6years on work permits, so I had to leave. |

My background is in restaurant management, so I am used to doing more than what is expected of me and I am always willing to pitch in where needed. |

| What can you do to ensure that guest service remains the primary focus of your job, even when they are difficult or demanding? Difficult guests are a regular occurrence in the restaurant industry. I always try to ensure I can get them whatever they need and if it is absolutely not possible, I will compromise to the best of my abilities. I am always willing to work through demands or difficulties. |

| How do you feel the Service, Cabins, and Laundry duties should be shared between the interior crew? According to seniority/ job, but also if a schedule can be decided on likes and dislikes. |

| What can you do to ensure that the guests are enjoying themselves, without asking them? Pay attention to body language. If they seem to be unhappy or bored, I would find an activity to entertain them. |
