Growing up in Queenstown New Zealand outdoor sports were part of my childhood. I enjoy snowboarding, swimming, sailing and team sports such as netball and basketball |

| Is the yachting industry a career for you, or more of a sabbatical?
Im not sure yet, i first considered it as an awesome way to travel and work but depending on my first postion and crew I could see myself enjoying this industry. |

| Describe what type of situation on board you feel you would fit in best? A team situation is where i think would best suit me. I am a peoples person so to interact and work as part of a team not only keeps me sane but also i think helps me learn faster |

| What can you do to ensure that guest service remains the primary focus of your job, even when they are difficult or demanding? Having a few years experience within the hospilitiy industry I have come acoss my fair share of difficult customers. Just insuring a happy mentalitity and positive attitude goes a long way in keeping a composed demenure in front of guests. Also remembering who's experience you are there for (the guests) can help provide the best service |

| How do you feel the Service, Cabins, and Laundry duties should be shared between the interior crew? As far as im ware there are delegated postions on larger boats but on smaller ones, i feel it is the Chief Stews role to distribute tasks and maintain a level of fairness amoungst the team |

| What can you do to ensure that the guests are enjoying themselves, without asking them? Make sure all there requests are carried out in a professional and efficiently.
