| General |
| Why did you leave your most recent position? I just finished maritime school so I'm not on their vessel anymore. Anything I've done since then has only been day work. |
 |
| What kind of hobbies do you have, or what do you like to do in your free time?
Diving, sailing, surfing, dancing (salsa/swing), or really anything action sporty. |
 |
| Is the yachting industry a career for you, or more of a sabbatical?
I'm definitly looking for a career! |
 |
| Describe what type of situation on board you feel you would fit in best? Having just finished a maritime school that has you on a boat twice a week I'm fairly comfortable in any range of duties from driving to watchkeeping to anchor watch or cleaning. I'm kind of a jack of all trades. |

| DeckHand |
| What do you feel is the primary responsibility of the Deckhand, aside from the exterior maintenance of the vessel? I believe the deckhand should have the guests/owners best interest in mind so when not keeping the boat looking perfect they should be doing anything they can to further their guests enjoyment of their trip. |
 |
| What do you feel is the most important quality for a successful Deckhand to have? The ability to always find what needs to be done next. I feel like everybody puts down that they're hardworking but it's just become a glittering generality and most don't even know what hard work looks like. If I'm really doing what I'm there to do, I'll be finishing my job in a professional and efficient manner and then looking around to see what else needs to be done. |
