I was looking for a couple's position at the end of the MED summer
season, I freaked out because I knew it was going to be a mission

you offer me rather than other agencies. I also prefer checking into
the website and choosing which jobs to submit my resume. |

touch is the best. Although I'm based out of NPT RI, and have not
interviewed in office in several years, the web site keeps me in constant
understanding as to what is happening in the industry. I have maintained
a connection with CU throughout my years in the industry, whereas
charter companies have a different agenda with reccomendations and
keeping track of crew. I like the personal touch CU has maintained
over the years, and how well you are plugged in to the network of

for jobs in the USA than any other site. Terry has been very helpful
and friendly and it is good to have a person to talk to as opposed
to a web page. |

that the text alert is a great idea, especially for very competitive
positions. I also enjoy that I can view my potential jobs and have
the ability to notify you of my interest in a particular job. I also
appreciate the interview questions, they give me an opportunity to
express my intentions and prove my capability. I see them as a great
help for employers to distinguish a good candidate. |
| My favorite
thing is the online current job listing and the reason that I would
use Crew Unlimited before any of the other local agents is because
when I was a struggling 'female' deckhand, Crew Unlimited were the
ONLY agent that supported me and didnt tell me that I would have to
be a deck stew. |

you care. Some agents you go to don't really give a crap about you
they just going through the motions or just hand out jobs to people
they know. You go see them and they say ah your a great candidate
and we will have no problem placing you, but you never hear from them

that your staff is much better. More friendly, and I would much prefer
to talk to someone who likes me, or at least is good at pretending
to. The posted jobs is great, easy to check and see what is out there.
A lot of people cant come in to see you daily or weekly. I live away
from Ft Lauderdale, and like being able to see jobs available. |

us personally -and I think that counts for a lot. You have always
been willing to talk to us, even about relatively minor issues. When
we are in town someone will always come out and say Hi. I really like
that. Others just brush you off and don't know who you are. |

the fact the jobs available are posted on line. Your web site is also
comprehensive and contains a lot of valuable information. |

you put me forward for are usually a close fit as apposed to just
putting my name in to fill what seems to be a quota so the owners
have alot of choices. I believe that the owners deserve to have as
big a variety of candidates as possible but alot of time the matches
have no forthought. Such as putting Motor Yacht Captains up for Sailing
Yacht jobs etc. |

far rather use C.U. than the rest of the brokers because you can see
it from a crew perspective. And guess who make a charter successful???? |

I first joined the yachting league 8 years ago I had the good fortune
to have my interview with Amy. She was informative and very help full
in my search for work. It's unfortunate you've never placed me but
