Our VISION is to become known as the worldwide experts in regard to crew recruitment, employment, management, and retention, thereby eliminating all stress associated with crew turnover, resulting in the OPTIMAL yacht ownership, yacht charter, and yacht employment experience.

  • Increase crew longevity in order to deliver a level of service unattainable by crew without intimate knowledge of the yacht, her owners, her guests, and a heartfelt commitment to their enjoyment
THE STRATEGY

For our Clients, we must be willing to deliver resumes, to arrange interviews, whether on board or in our office, to negotiate salaries, to encourage the candidate to accept the position if offered, to actively recruit new candidates to our pool of talent, to return calls promptly, and to go the extra mile even for the smallest client.  We must recruit and submit only candidates who closely match the parameters of our clients; candidates whom we know work hard and have good attitudes and references.  We must offer sincere, objective consultation about the candidates submitted, and our clients should feel like he can speak with any one of us and get the same accurate information from our database.  We must be willing to actively “place crew,” not just fill orders.

For our Crew, to be the best crew agency in the world means we have to provide them with better service than any other agency.  We must lead the industry technologically, and provide the most forward thinking and proactive crew search available, with access to our job list 24/7.  We must be willing to critique their resumes and give sound advice, to answer any and all questions they come to us with, to coach them on how to interview and how to dress for such interviews.  We must be willing to listen to their true goals and desires, and to their gripes.  We must be able to discern from this communication who they are and where they will fit in best.  We must remain objective, and remember to keep the owners’ interests in mind.  We must consider every candidate suitable for a position, not just those who check in daily.  We must be willing to bend over backwards for every candidate who needs our help, as tomorrow they could become a client.

For our Charter Guests, we must be willing to search high and low to find the perfect yacht, with the perfect CREW for YOUR CHARTER, to deliver the perfect charter vacation.  We must inquire immediately, negotiate a better rate, and handle your contract and escrow funds professionally.  We must provide advice on itinerary, scheduling, expenses, and amenities, accurately and thoughtfully.  And we must be available at all times through the duration of the charter.

To remain at the top, we must also be nice, consistent, and helpful.  We must work as a TEAM, helping each other whenever needed.  We all answer the phones, respond to e-mails, assist crew and clients, to reach our number one goal of providing every client and every crew member with their very best crew placement or yacht charter experience,
