customers like you! Now we want to say "THANK YOU!" by offering your Employer Prospects
a Referral Discount for your referral efforts.

Share the Wealth Referrers earn a 5% Referral Discount for their Clients by providing
Employer Prospects to Crew Unlimited which convert to Qualified Placements, where
Candidate(s) are employed by the Prospect, and all Placement Fees are paid according
to Crew Unlimited's Placement Terms and Conditions.

First and foremost, is the 5% Referral Discount you can earn for your Prospects
by referring an Employer Prospect that hires crew through Crew Unlimited. Second,
is the good will you will generate for your own company when that Prospect continues
to hire crew through Crew Unlimited into the future! What's more, by recommending
Crew Unlimited, you are assuring that your clients will be served by the oldest
and most established crew agency in the world, offering them access to the largest
selection of crew anywhere. This translates to the highest probability of a successful
candidate placed, helping to make sure your clients enjoy yacht ownership for years
to come!

How it works – Employer Prospects:
|
|
Your client shares with you that there is a position becoming vacant on board, and that he/she needs to hire a crew member. They begin asking you questions about how they can find the best person(s) for the job.
|

You inform them of your relationship with Crew Unlimited, and let them know that they, due to their Management Agreement or Build Contract with your employer, may be eligible to receive a 5% Referral Discount if they hire crew through Crew Unlimited.

If they agree, you then log the referral by filling out the on-line Employer Prospect Referral Form to link the EMPLOYER PROSPECT to your account. (If the PROSPECT is already listed in our database and has utilized our services within the previous twelve (12) months, our website will notify you immediately that the EMPLOYER PROSPECT is not eligible.)

Once you have submitted the Employer Prospect Referral Form, and found the PROSPECT to be eligible, you then call Crew Unlimited to notify of which position(s) are available.

There is absolutely no charge to participate, and your referred Employer Prospects will be well taken care of! Just mention Crew Unlimited next time the conversation of crew placement comes up, log the referral, and leave the rest to us. For Managers and Builders who would like to assist their clients with their crew hiring needs, we will work with you directly by sending the interested candidate resumes to you, for you to submit to your client(s). For Managers and Builders who do not want to be involved with the hiring process, we will work directly with your Captains and Owners. Just make sure to log the EMPLOYER PROSPECT, and leave the rest to us. With our generous Referral Discount, even a single Candidate Placed is worth spending a few minutes of your time to save your client money!
