Our Registration
Process consists of 6 Sections, and will take approximately 20 - 30 minutes
to complete. Once registered, Log in to View and Edit all of your information,
and to view our CURRENT JOB LIST where you can show Interest in available
positions, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
1. My Information - Fill
in contact information and define your desired position.
2. Share the Wealth Referral Program
- List the person or company that referred you to us, so that they will
get due credit when we find you a new job!
3. My Teammate - To Link
your profile with your teammate, so that you may apply for 'Team' jobs,
you must both be registered, and you will need their User ID and Password.
4. My Interview –
Answer interview questions to help define the type of position you are
seeking, and share a bit of your personality with our Placement Coordinators,
and to our Clients. (If you are in a rush, you may want to come back to
this page when you have time to think your answers through.)
5. My References –
List the names and contact information of your 3 most recent employers,
so that your work history may be confirmed before your portfolio is submitted
to our clients.
6. My Portfolio –
Upload Digital files to your Portfolio that will be submitted to our clients:
Resume - Should be 1 to 3 pages detailing all yachting/marine
experience with dates of employment, yacht names and sizes, in Microsoft
Word Document or PDF format only (*.doc, *.pdf) 1MB maximum size.
Photograph
- Should be a nice, presentable head and shoulders photo of yourself,
with no one else in the photo, and without sunglasses or hat, in JPG
format 500KB max.
Video
Interview - Should be short and sweet, from the shoulders up, just
saying your name, where you're from, and the type of yacht and owner
that you would like to be employed by. AVI or FLV format only.
Reference
Letters - Upload scanned copies of your 3 most recent Work Reference
Letters. If you don't have any, you will have an opportunity to enter
contact information of references that we may contact.
License/Menu/Food
Photographs/Yacht Photo
– These are supporting documents, and help to provide a more complete
presentation of your experience and abilities to our client. Upload
a your highest Maritime License if you are a Captain, Mate, or Engineer;
or a five-day sample menu and food photographs, if you're a Chef or
Cook; and a photo of the most recent Yacht you've worked on, if available.
Then,
go straight to the CURRENT JOB LIST and decide for which positions you
would like to be considered. You will be notified by e-mail each time
your resume is submitted, and each time a position has been filled.
