To Register for Placement

Our Registration Process consists of 5 Sections, and will take anywhere from 5 - 20 minutes to complete.  Once you complete the Registration Process, you will be allowed to view and edit any of your information, update your Resume, photo, references, etc. and Check-In to see the Current Job List, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

I. My Information – Fill in the Registration form with your contact numbers, personal information, ideal position description, and on-line interview questions and answers.

II. My Teammate – Link your teammate, once they’re registered, to your file so that you can be submitted for Team Job Listings.

III. My Interview – Fill in answers to questions specifically designed for the type of position you are seeking, to help place you in a position that is well suited for you.

IV. My Portfolio – Upload Digital files for your Portfolio

Ø       Resume should be 1 to 3 pages detailing all yachting/marine

experience with dates of employment, yacht names and sizes, in

Microsoft Word Document format only (*.doc) 500KB max.

Ø       Photograph should be a nice, presentable head and shoulders

Photograph of yourself only, in JPEG format (*.jpg) 500KB max.

Ø       Reference Letters - Upload scanned copies of your 3 most

recent work Reference Letters, (*.doc) or (*.jpg) 500KB maximum file size each.  If you do not have 3 reference letters scanned, you must fill in contact information for your three most recent employment

references in the My References Section.

Ø       License/Menu/Food Photographs/Yacht Photo – These are

supporting documents, and help to provide a more complete

presentation of your experience and abilities to our client.  Upload a

(*.jpg) version of your highest Maritime License for Captains and

Engineers, or a five-day sample menu and food photographs, for

Chefs and Cooks.  (This is not required for registration, but is

advised, as it helps us to market you better for the job you’re

searching for!)

V. My References – Fill in the contact information here for your 3 most recent employers, unless you have already uploaded the Reference Letters from them previously.
