Register as a Crew Member by filling in your contact information, answering interview questions detailing your abilities and objectives, uploading your resume and supporting documents, and entering your contactable references. If you are seeking employment with another person, you will also need their UserID and Password so that you can LINK your profile to theirs.

Once your registration is complete, if you are near our office, you will be personally interviewed by the Placement Coordinator who specializes in the department in which you are looking to work. If not, a telephone interview will be conducted to better get to know you and your goals. All contactable references you have provided will be verified.

Upon upload of your resume, you will be able to show interest in the positions on our Current Job List, which immediately notifies your Placement Coordinator which positions interest you. Your Placement Coordinator will then review your profile to determine whether you match the criteria that our client has stipulated, before submitting your profile. We will not submit your resume to anyone without first confirming your interest and availability.

You will also receive e-mail notifications when new positions are listed that we feel may interest you. When you have confirmed interest in them, often times your resume will have already been tagged to be sent immediately upon confirmation of your interest. Therefore, you may receive a call from a potential employer after working hours and even on weekends!

Each time your resume is submitted for a position, you will be notified by email. The client will receive your contact information so that he/she can contact you directly for an interview.

Whenever an interview is requested, or a job offer extended, please let your Placement Coordinator know. They have years of experience, and can offer sound advice as to which position to accept, etc.

When you have accepted a new position, please "Inactivate" your search by logging in as "Not seeking employment" or changing your status on the My Information page. You may re-activate at any time by logging in as "Seeking Employment".
