1
Register as a new client (HERE) , or Login if you're already registered, in order to search for crew yourself. There is NO FEE to search; we charge only when a candidate has been selected. You may also simply CALL (800) 660-4624 or EMAIL us and a Placement Coordinator will be more than happy to manage the entire process for you.
2
Enter your contact information and basic details about the yacht/estate (This info will be editable under "My Information" upon login.)
3
Enter specific details about the position to be posted on our "Current Job List" for all crew to see. (This does NOT show your contact information, name, or yacht name, and will be editable under "My Orders" upon login.)
4
Refine your search by entering specific eligibility criteria that the crew member should meet, and save as a "Shortlist."
5
"View All" will show you all candidates who matched your basic position details, whereas "View Shortlist" will show you all candidates who matched your specific criteria.
6
Clicking "Check Interest & Availability" will automate an e-mail to the crew member asking them to review the on-line job description and confirm their interest in the position.
7
Once your Placement Coordinator has reviewed the candidate's portfolio in respect to your position, and has confirmed that they are interested in and match your requirements, the candidate's resume, photo, interview Q&A and info sheet will be sent to you via email, for you to contact and interview directly. (We can also arrange interviews for you in our conference room, if you like.)
8
To review each of the candidates you or your Placement Coordinator has "Checked Interest" in, click on the "My Picks" button. Here you will be able to see the entire portfolio of each candidate submitted to you, Rate the candidate's suitability, and Request an Interview automatically.
9
Your Placement Cordinator will be able to answer many questions about the candidates you are considering, such as their demeanor upon interview, results of their reference checks, and ideal positions. Be sure to discuss any candidate you are considering, as we may be able to offer information that will help you make the best decision for your vessel.
10
When you have offered the position and it has been accepted, please notify us of the crew member hired and terms of employment, regardless of source of crew member. Placement fees are paid by the vessel hiring and are charged on a percentage basis of salary.
