		Pay the Balance, APA, and Fuel/Delivery Costs:
A minimum of 30 days before the charter commences, the 50% balance of the charter fee, plus 30%-40% APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) for purchasing food and beverages you’re your charter will be due, in cleared funds. Your Broker will invoice you, and once funds have cleared, forward to the Central Agent. The balance of the charter fee will be held in the Central Agent’s escrow account, and the APA funds will be forwarded to the Captain, so he and the crew can begin preparing and purchasing for your charter.
